Horrible company that fried the motherboard of the new unit they installed which left me without AC for a week while they ordered a new one. No apologies. I had to call them a ton of times as they weren't going to fix it. Their supervisor never called me like he said he would. Got stuck with their service contract as part of the deal. The guys miss appointments all the time. When they do show up they just keep telling me how my brand new unit is falling apart and needs a capacitor or some special upgraded wiring or I need to spend 3k on aeroseal.
They also didn't install the duct work correctly nor did they install the correct size return so I am having to pay another company to go through and fix it. Worst company ever...glad my service contract has now expired so all I'll have to deal with now are their solicitation phone calls.
