Being in sales myself, I have a great deal of appreciation for honest sales people and these guys are honest. I own a 10 year old Oreck and as apart of buying one, it can be serviced for no charge. Recently, they performed my service the same day I dropped it off. It was in around 10am and it was out at 4pm which is great, being a dog owner with a dog that decided to start shedding again today. Most recently though, I purchased a cheap portable canister vac from a big box for smaller jobs and I got what I paid for. The vacuum sucked but that's about it. The guys at Oreck told me to bring by wand by and they'd fit it with a air-driven head to see if that'd do the trick. I did and while I was there, they also fitted it with an extension to make it more comfortable to use. The guy said if it didn't work, to bring it back and I could try something else. It worked! I have a dumpster load of dog hair that otherwise would have remained in the carpet. Some places would have written it off as a bad idea and insisted that I upgrade. These guys didn't. That's a five star experience for sure!
