Service people are not organized. Took car in for checkup and they had a long list of what was recommended. Sent me home with no pricing and took three days and three different people who couldn't find the quote. Finally spoke to the "service" manager who originally said the previous day he would call me back and he was not helpful. It was as if I was bothering him. He said what do you need done? UMMM your dealership is recommending these services that your can't even explain and quote properly. It's like sorry to bother you. First person says $500 for everything then you speak to him who runs down a laundry list of things totaling $1100..... Don't trust these people. Obviously there looking to take advantage of people........ DISAPPOINTING, especially because they told me to bring car in for recall and then call to tell me they were wrong my car has no recall. Get it together.
