What a joke. I've tried this place in two occasions. Had their "Chicago style" pizza and the crust was hard and overly chewy. Not what I've had in Chicago. I tried again tonight after a few months and the wait time was longer than Marcos so I tried to cancel my order. The General Manager said he couldn't cancel the order. WHAT??? He told me to log on to the website to cancel! There is no way to do this. Then he said to write an email. An email? Really??
