I happened to find this place by luck. I went in because I saw their sign that said smoothies. The employee greeted me immediately and offered help. I expressed that I was interested in a post workout smoothie and was talked through the options and I was very pleased with the outcome. I ordered the peach mango post workout smoothie with almond milk and was perfect, no grains or nothing. I also asked about a pre-workout drink and was shown my options. I felt very comfortable and the atmosphere was very chill and I now return regularly for post workout drinks
