Customer service is not a familiar term with this company. Never been more disappointed with any transaction in my life. Try getting an affidavit in lieu of title after you pay of your car so that you can sell it...I hope you start the process at least 3 weeks in advance and dont bother giving them your FedEx account so they can over night the document to you, they screwed that up to.
