I've been coming here for over half a decade. This place is very clean. I usually get the wash but now and then a nail trim. I got here at exactly 3pm, maybe 2:59pm, 2 ladies at the front area asked me what I needed, I said a wash- they quickly said they already took their last wash and said they were closed. That's all- they take their last wash 1 hr before closing- 4pm...and I was declined - I was taken a back by that, so I left... I guess I need clarification on what an hour before 4pm is, if it's not 3pm, then they should change it to 2:55 or 2:50 I guess. This is the 2nd time this has happened. The first time this happened, we went to WAGNWASH- 4230 N 7th Avenue
Phoenix, AZ 85013. This place is a high upgrade- they have a pet bakery and a ton of accessories and dog food on site. Give it a shot if you need an alternative to better service...
