Worst front staff ever! I called to make an appointment and become a monthly member so I proceeded to make my appointment with Theresa the Assistant Manager. When I asked for the 230p appointment she said it was the shift change and completely understood. So she offered the 3p slot time. When she asked for my member information I told her, I am not a member yet but I would like to be. I already knew the details of the membership and that's why I was calling back to set it up. Then she said the 3p slot is only reserved for members and would have to move my appointment to 4p. Being in the service industry, I'm super easy going about certain accommodations but would like to just know why so I know for future appointments. She then told me that the 3p was only reserved for members. I explained, again, that I was looking to be a member! She said unless I do it over the phone now, she can't make the appointment. I told her I wasn't understanding since my intentions were to set up a membership..... Then! She told me again as she stumbled over her words, that I wouldn't have the best experience possible if I made it at 3p. So now I'm even more confused because she's going back on her words. I politely asked to talk to a manager so she maybe could explain why I couldn't make the 3p appointment. She said of course. She put me on hold and when she came back she said her manager "actually" isn't here. So pretty much her manager Cheryl (I think), didn't want to deal with a client complaint and told the girl who was already dealing with me that she wasn't available. Before I got off the phone, Theresa said she was the Assistant Manager and even if I spoke with the manager, I couldn't get the 3p appointment like I originally requested! This staff is completely incompetent and need some more customer service classes!
