Arizona Wellness Medicine is a very interesting concept. It is sort of like the ultimate health and wellness center. It's run by a functional medicine doctor, Emile Parke, D.O. who I went to visit to fix a number of health problems that my GI doctor, OB and Allergist could not fix over years of visit. As a functional medicine practitioner, the approach is to remove toxins and bring the body back to balance using as many non-invasive and natural methods as possible. Dr. Parke also shares her space with an organic aesthetician (Jeni) and a massage therapist (Rachel) who have both become my go to people. I have had repeat services from all three and this is my new retreat for wellness and health. I've had both waxing and facial services from Jeni, both of which were outstanding and two deep massages from Rachel who combines literally every massage technique I've heard of (neuromuscular, massage cupping, etc.) to work your muscles into a mushy bliss. If you need a massage, a gentle wax, a facial or a really smart and effective doctor, I highly recommend checking this place out.
