I gave this LQ 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. I made a reservation online and paid for 2 days. I received a email confirmation. When I arrive at LQ, the desk clerk said they have no record of my reservation. I show him the email conf. He now remembers that he tried to call me because when he ran my card it was declined. I prepaid for the room when i booked it online. I wasn't offered any type of resolution, never spoke to a manager. I'm trying to get a refund. The rude manager matt informs me that 'Jen' personally walked me to the venitian where I stood 1 night and that i returned the next night and stayed at LQ so I'm owed nothing. This never happened! !! Everytime I call back I get another story. I want a refund for the whole amount. Matthew Gonzalez is very rude and unprofessional. I couldn't believe how he spoke to me! I am telling anyone who will listen about my experience.
