Earlier this week our water softener went or and we called Colburn Enterprises based in their Yelp reviews. They sent a technician out the next day. The technician who responded (Jeremy) checked the softener and explained the cost to repair but recommended replacement as the unit was likely to fail soon. He explained options for replacement, was extremely professional and helpful, and he did not charge for the service visit. We ended up buying the a replacement softener elsewhere and scheduling Colburn to install at a reasonable rate.
