My appointment was such a pleasant experience. From making the initial appointment, checking in at the office and the services I received. The Dental Care Coordinator, Vonda, was just awesome. So friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She provided the most comprehensive X-rays, scans and pictures I have ever experienced. She was careful and gentle which works well for me as I have no interest in testing my pain tolerance when visiting the dentist.
Dr. Hendrickson was the most open and communicative dentist I have talked with. He offered lots of suggestions for my treatment plan and scheduled a follow up appointment to discuss in more detail. No pressure and left me feeling the decisions were all mine after listening to options.
