I bought a travelzoo for my grandmother and I with the intent of having my grandmother experience her first facial and a high end massage. To be honest this spa deserves a 3.5 considering the price of the services, which is comparable to the Fairmont pacific rim in vancouver but way less luxe. In any case, the RMT for my grandmother wasn't very observant, didn't lower the bed for her hence it was hard to get onto it. The pressure for my masseuse was not as strong and I would say the massage at Step Up down the street was better, though the facilities are not as nice. I would say the facial was uncomfortable as the steam machine was a little close to our faces, and both my grandmother and I winced, with her saying out loud that it was too hot while I angled my face and shifted left so as not too feel the burn. The application of the products for the grand facial is a little startling going from hot to cold and back but I would say the outcome after using the Caudalie products was good, with my skin feeling nourished for days
