My friend and I purchased a 2 month membership. I have class on Mondays in Tempe till 7pm. We wanted to go to a class at 7:30pm, so I asked her to let the instructor know that I would be a little late. There was a heavy storm that caused the freeway to be backed up. The employees refused to wait 15 min. for me to get there. The instructor had already started the yoga class, so there was no delay for the 2 other students taking the yoga class that night. Since there were 2 employees working, I do not see any reason as to why a business cannot keep their doors open for a PAYING customer. If I gave you money to take a class you are already giving, I should be able to go to said class at any time. I have been early for every class I have taken at this establishment, but the one time I was running late they were not willing to keep the doors unlocked for 15 min. Because they shut their doors to me, I wasted an hour of my time and gas due to driving from tempe and back. This is unacceptable. I will not be going back to this place after I finish my 2 month membership.
