I purchased a Groupon and was absolutely the worst experience ever! Not only is it difficult to make an appointment, when I show up for the appointment she is running 20 minutes late. She rushed through and did not do a thorough job on my manicure and my daughters pedicure (no cuticle trimming, no massage, no removing excess gel from skin, no callus smoothing, or exfoliation). They looked like a child painted our nails. She also refused to do my pedicure because she said my daughter and I were mocking her because my teenage daughter was laughing at Youtube videos while she sat in a corner and waited for an hour in between services! I didn't know we were not allowed to laugh! My manicure was terrible, my daughters pedicure was terrible (a 5yr old could have done a better job) and worst of all she called us liars and kicked us out! I have never been treated this way and I would warn everyone from visiting this salon! The worst service and completely unprofessional and rude!
