If you're going to call your place an "Ale House", I can't think of a better way to start than 31 taps dispensing a wonderfully broad selection of bier styles from around the world. Probably the best rotating selection in the Valley--you never know what you will find. With this much variety, your best option is to go for the sampler If you like bier--very cost effective with 6 samples for $9. This is one of those pubs that you need to plan ahead and bring a DD with you, because with the ample array of high alcohol biers, you can find yourself "over the limit" quickly. The food is good, and the servers were enthusiastic and knowledgeable about both the drink and food options. Of the bier absorbing fare, my choice is the spud tacos, filled with sweet potato, corn and Chihuahua cheese.
