My wife went to orange theory and loved it. I did not like the pricing ($160/month), but we still had her membership there for a while. Earlier this year, January, we switched to eos fitness for $25/month and she loves the classes there just as much, if not more. My 1 star review is from the cancellation headache and BS that we have to go through to get her membership cancelled. Orange theory charges us $15/month for nothing. She can't go work out and we can't call to cancel the membership. We have to go in a sign something apparently to cancel, which is fine, but the $15/month is absolutely ridiculous. I highly recommend not going to this "boutique gym". My wife has seen better results at eos fitness and it doesn't break the bank.
Update: my wife went back into this location to finally get it settled and the girl at the front desk says she will have to be charged one more month before cancelling ($160 for the month) I would've flipped my lid had I been there, but my wife asked if she could down grade the membership and just be charged that...the girl at the front desk says they can't do that. My wife asked if she can upgrade, and the girl says, "of course!" Total BS. So my wife left and we called the bank to cancel/block payment to them. Horrible, horrible customer service. We will never go back or recommend this to anyone that's looking for a gym.
