I found this to be a great market as they have practically everything you can think of foodwise. A lot of the souvenir items that I took back to the states were purchased here. Things like: packaged coffee, spice mixes, and chocolate. Also, if you happen to be staying at a hotel that has a kitchenette and want to make a hearty breakfast before you set out for your day, they have a really good selection of bacon, breads, spreads, and eggs.
Other than food, I found they have some curious kitchen accessories. There was even a section catering to all your needs if you were to make chocolate bon-bons at home. From the silicone molds, to the fancy presentation paper.
On a side note, this market is located within an indoor plaza that has a decent sized food court should you wish to eat before/after your shopping venture at IGA.
