The front staff is very nice! She let me make a payment arrangement. I brought my son here for an ultrasound and VCUG. We got here at 9:15am for appointment time of 10am they did the ultrasound right away but time for the VCUG we waited over an hour for the technician to even acknowledge us!!! My husband and I work over nights we barely got off work and got home at 4am so we are sitting here with two hours of sleep just to have to go back to work with no sleep because they can't keep their appointment times on track! If I schedule an appointment time for 10am we shouldn't be seen almost two hours later! I'm not happy with this place. We will not be coming back!
Update: took two hours just to get my son seen for the VCUG and the technician didn't seem to want to explain to me what they were doing because I could not stay in the room because I'm pregnant.
