Had a wonderful time attending classes in Arcadia, but then the location closed with no notice in early 2012. Since I still had 7 remaining classes purchased, I headed to North Scottsdale location where I didn't enjoy the class as much (plus the drive added an hour to the workout effort). I asked front desk staff for a refund of my remaining classes, was refused, and left my contact information for the owner. Never heard anything and it's been two months. Not worried about the refund but just wanted to let others know of my experience.
