Friendly, non-pushy sales people who seem genuine and knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing a certified used car from them and they went out of their way to make sure the car was in the best condition possible before I drove it off the lot. I went with my uncle who had purchased a car from them the month prior so he's happy with the service he received as well.
