Look, this is not a modern department store and it should not be judged as such. I was met by Frank at the door. He was very attentive to all my needs and he not only helped me find the dress shirts I was looking for, but helped me make some other great choices as well.
Other reviewers have knocked this store as being pushy. I'm not sure when being helpful and suggestive could ever become pushy. My salesman listened to my thoughts, and would have spent as much time as needed with me. He clearly explained the differences between suits and generally made me feel comfortable with someone I am mostly a novice at.
The shirt selection here is impressive. The upstairs suit and sport jacket selection blew me away. Having previously purchasing high end suits, I will certainly consider this place for future needs. I ended up spending a little more than I originally planned, but to look good, and get the help I needed, it was worth every penny!
