I've been using this company for years, but have recently been dissatisfied with their level of service. The past few times I have had to call multiple times to set up an appointment. They do not return messages, apparently. The last time a technician came out, he was extremely late. I called to ask if he was coming at all, and was advised my appointment had been cancelled. After they looked into it, they realized they cancelled the wrong one and sent out a tech. I had to wait at home almost all day due to this. The past few techs who have been out tracked dirt and leaves all through the house despite my request for them to wear those shoe covers. They walked outside with them on as well as inside, which defeats the purpose. I like that this company uses organic products. But there are other options out there now. I'm going to try another company next time.
