I am very impressed with Dr. Burns... it was my first visit with her and she explored other ideas that my previous GYNs in other states did not explore. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star experience was the front office staff... they were plenty friendly but not knowledgeable about insurance. My insurance clearly shows $20 for PCP/OBGYN and $30 for specialists and she argued with me on my copay... I paid her the $20 because that's what I always pay at OBGYN offices. The other slightly irritating thing is that they charge $2 for credit cards which would be annoying for my HSA card if I decided to use it. I chose to pay in cash so I didn't pay extra for my HSA card.
