I have rented from this location a couple times now & they make it so simple & quick. Everyone working is so friendly & helpful. Make sure you get what you need for your trip. This last Oct I rented a car for a trip to Cali, and while driving there the day after picking up the car I noticed a small issue. I called them while on the road to let them know so I wouldnt be blamed. They were very understanding & made notes. Upon my arrival back I mentioned the small issue again just to make sure that I was not charged. The branch manager Joey Fetzner went above & beyond to fix the situation even though it didnt really need fixed. Definitely made me feel like a valued customer & that they really do care about their customers. Renting another car in February & I didn't even consider going anywhere else. They earned themselves a customer for life :-)
