Had a few packages sent from this post office. First time I did, the tracking number I was given was invalid, somehow I was given the wrong number -luckily my item arrived with no issue.
My most recent encounter, my package is lost (not the post office's fault), but I will not be compensated for my lost package because THIS post office never offered me my coverage (even though the service included $100, the option had to be checked off), so my receipt says coverage declined and now I will not be compensated for my lost package all because they were too lazy.
I will never come here again and won't recommend others either.
