I have nothing but praise for the professionalism, dedication & expert handling provided by Carmelo, Robert, Pablo & Ruben ...my introduction to this team was borne out of panic...I had major renovations completed this summer--needed to get virtually all of my household goods removed & placed in storage back in June.
Pre-Arizona Moving Specialists: I did what most people in my situation might... do some research, call several companies & get an estimate. I thought I hired a good company. They showed 4 hours late ... started the job then left 2 hours into it--no good reason but "promised" to be back on Sunday...Sidebar: I scheduled the move for Friday because I had to leave for a business trip early Monday morning & I had plenty to do before my trip. Needless to say, I was not only very unhappy but seriously concerned. I started calling other moving companies ... I finally reached someone Saturday afternoon. Enter Arizona Moving Specialists.
I was referred by another company in Scottsdale. The manager @ that company assured me I would be taken care of...& I have been. Carmelo & Robert arrived late Saturday afternoon. We had 4 hours to get as much packed, loaded & stored as we could. In that time (just before my storage facility closed) they packed, loaded & filled a 10'x10'x10 unit. The guys agreed to come back the next morning (they typically do not work Sundays) to finish the job-- I know I was quite relieved. They worked very hard & got most of the rest of the contents of my home packed & stored ...
After a looooonnnnng summer of renovations, VRBOs, hotels & an occasional night or two with friends, Carmelo, Pablo, Robert & Ruben completed what they started this weekend. They are very organized & work well as a team ... nothing they packed broke (cannot say the same for the contents the other company packed). I decided to hire them to help me unpack & I am so glad I did. They were very patient & accommodating ... even helped me organize a few things along the way. My house is almost back to a "home" status ... & I can finally rest easy & enjoy it!
About this team: They are prompt & very hard working / diligent...they immediately initiate their respective assignments on the job. They are very careful not to wreak havoc during the move...rubber mats on tile, protectors for carpet, careful maneuvering of furniture through doors and around corners! You won't know they've been in your home when they leave (no moving "scars")! Their pricing is very competitive ...
They're also quite personable -- maybe not everyone cares about the "persons" behind the move, but, after my initial experience this summer with the other team, I can tell you it makes a difference. When you hire a moving company, you hire someone to enter the personal, intimate space you call home... this team's desire to serve, their professionalism & genuine care & concern really left an indelible impression upon me. Sidebar: Every good moving team needs to take a break during the job & I really enjoyed taking the time to connect with them over lunch. I didn't know this team before I was referred to them, but I know under different circumstances I would be privileged to call each of them "friend".
If you need to move into storage or across town, do consider Arizona Moving Specialists. Commercial moves are also not a problem. They're local, but come with long resumes & experience with the big "nationals". I know you will appreciate their services & the value. I don't plan on moving any time soon, but when I do, I will definitely call them back.
