Marilou is absolutely the best! The entire office staff here at Castile are very friendly and accommodating. They do their best to help with you with all of your needs. From the pre-leasing process to picking out an apartment to finally moving in, they were great.
Marilou helped me during my first call to Castile. I asked her millions of questions and repeated some often but she was so patient and knowledgeable about everything. She found me an apartment that I really liked and we discussed a move-in date and finalized everything. Once I moved in NOTHING changed. She was still as nice as always. She helped me answer questions just like she used to before I came a resident. I believe that says a lot about this complex. Usually the moment you sign a contract at an apartment complex you also sign away the good customer service. But this definitely wasn't the case. They are as good now as they were from day 1.
As for the amenities its really nice at the complex. They've got stainless steel appliances, great A/C system, a black and white color scheme for the apartments. They also have a 24hr fitness room with plenty of weights and treadmills and even an MMA octagon!! There is a spin room and they provide their residents with free training classes too.
There is a kitchen and lounge area, which I really like and find a great place to study at. I just can't wait until they have their pool up and running so I can take a dip!
