I've come here several times. The estheticians are great, but front desk worker is incompetent! I had a 3:15 appointment and when I came in for my appointment, the girl at the counter said they left me a message saying my esthetician left early. She tried to put me in for 3:45 instead. I do not like that. Don't push it off like its no big deal. First of all, I never got a phone call or a message stating that at all. The fact that she lied and made it out like it's my fault is unprofessional! There were several people in the waiting area and the front desk employee seemed overwhelmed. I would have rather be told that the esthetician left early and she forgot to call me anyways would have been better than to lie to me. I'm in the customer service industry and this is extremely unacceptable. Going to another European wax.
