I am not one to write bad reviews, but I honestly have no idea how this place has 5 stars. I was hopeful upon entering with the intent to buy a package, and the gal at the front desk was aware of that. She looked extremely unhappy to be there and was borderline rude to me, the lack of customer service was like something I have not seen in quite some time. The girl who did my brow wax was friendly, but extremely unprofessional. She did not ask if I liked the shape of my brow, she just went for it. I left feeling like I hadn't had anything waxed at all as I didn't see a difference whatsoever. I have been going to European Wax Center for years, but was pleasantly surprised when this opened next to my work as I could squeeze in brow waxes on my lunch break. Well, forget that. When I left, the receptionist asked if I would like to move forward with the membership, and I told her that I was very unimpressed and would not be coming back. She said nothing at all, just took my payment. Please don't waste your money.. this place is an absolute joke.
