I've been coming here for quite some time. Now there is new ownership. I've bought in many many new clients since the new ownership and now I'm so so with my treatment and I must yelp it out! I had a birthday party here spending approximately $300 of my own money on our pedicures and then the 10+ gals I bought here not only ordered additional services but became longtime clients as well. They come from all over the valley - Summerlin, North Las Vegas, far NW Las Vegas and far SW Las Vegas because of me and to get services with me. And do ya think I would get a complimentary eyebrow waxing or basic pedicure? Heck no! I even asked about it and reminded them at my last appointment, wherein I was bringing 4 of my friends for mani/pedis and they just laughed at me. Really? Okay. I was informed by my friends that they would be more than happy to jump ship with me if I did. Now let's talk about the service after the previous owners. First, each technician that I love leaves. Hmm. That's strange. Secondly, I have never left that place without spending at least $140 - $180/$200 for services. Finally, this last appointment I asked to soak for at least 10-15 minutes because I do have dry skin and hate it when they rush and start yanking at my cuticles with sharp objects before the skin has time to soften and it bleeds and now they want to be sorry and slap on some green alcohol crap as if that's okay. But expect me to still pay to bleed. I, for one, don't want to pay to bleed! So I always ask if it's okay to soak a bit. My technician runs to whomever and she comes back and tells me that I would have to hurry with my soaking because my technician has other appointments. This, after they speak in their language of course. (Rude!) As time goes on and I ask him of this so-called other appointment after me he says he doesn't have one. So I've been lied to. I loved the way my nails came out, don't get me wrong, but it still hurts when I'm rushed and my cuticles are pulled on when not softened long enough. I like the atmosphere and we always make our own fun when we come but customer service and full pampering and appreciation are important factors to me when I'm spending my money and recommending places to my colleagues for them to travel far and spend their money. Keep in mind folks this is Las Vegas, I am traveling all the way from Summerlin and in between Summerlin and Tropicana are at least 400 other shops that would love to take our money and be nicer to us and maybe show appreciation for bringing in extra business if that were the case.
