Walked in excited and was immediately met with an employee who didn't hide the fact that she was annoyed we were there. We were told to use our phones or the iPad to sign to waiver. I opted for the iPad however it didn't work and her response was "use your phone it's a first gen iPad so obviously it's not always gonna work". She then rushed us thru a quick blurb most of which we couldn't understand and sent us to our puzzle room. Quick blurb, handcuffed us as part of the game. After asking for our first clue we could still hear the annoyance in her voice. At one point during the heat of the game a mannequin fell on the other side of the room scaring all 3 of us girls to death, however we laughed and thought it was part of the game. Min later the annoyed employee busted thru the door again scaring the crap out of us again, we screamed and she responded with something along the lines of "wow it's just me" in her annoyed and extremely rude tone. I asked her if we had done something wrong and why she was treating us the way she was, and she walked out slamming the door behind her. I told my kids I was uncomfortable and would rather leave then be mistreated. She came over the audio and said "you know I can hear you right?!" I replied yes so maybe you should treat people with respect, after laughing under her breath she ignored my comment and continued with the clues. Time was up and she came in "acting nice", exactly the way she should have been in the first place. My experience was ruined and both my time and money were wasted. We should have trusted our instincts when the same girl was extremely short and rude, when we called for pricing info, before booking online.
