This Bank is ridiculous as FUCK !! I went to pay a fee this bank is charging me for from 6 years ago and only one person tried to help me and when he send me to the cashier there was 6 people trying to help the girl because apparently they said they couldn't find my account with the account number customer service gave me and instead of them going to a further extent to help me they gave me a card and told me to contact customer service after they charged my card the amount and then they gave me a refund in cash without asking me. This is exactly why I don't want to bank with wellsfargo they lack on customer service ! I'm very unsatisfied with this bank !
