Stores like this one in Charlotte, NC, convince me that my home state of PA needs to step into the modern era when it comes to how wine and alcohol is sold.
This store was a nice discovery on our visit to the Charlotte area. They have wine, but also have varieties of beer and ale available. The selections were diverse and distinct. Wines are arranged by country and region. They offer a wide range of prices.
The staff people were friendly and knowledgeable. But now I have to return to the land of state stores and archaic laws.
