My mother raves about this place and I am seriously doubting her judgement. I went in on Tuesday after a long day at work with my sister so she could pamper herself for her birthday. She got a full set with gel polish and they didn't match the shapes of her nails and blamed it on her nail beds being different shapes rather than trying to fix it. Her feet were still dirty despite just getting a pedicure. I also got a pedicure and gel polish on my nails. The nail polish is starting to chip on both my feet and nails. I went home with dried up gel on my fingers and on my skin around my nails. I am severely annoyed because they started to close up shop while my sister was still getting her nails done and began to mop and rush the process. I have gotten my toes done here before and this was not the case last time so I suggest if you do go to this establishment, go with plenty time so this does not happen to you. Now I am short $40 and my nails are starting to look worse than what I arrived there with. I hope someone from this shop reaches out to me regarding this experience because I do think they could do a better job than what I have experienced.
