Horrible. Got there early thinking I could browse through magazines or the spa menu, was greeted by a locked door that says "Walk ins welcome"...yeah ok. Susan my esthitician emerged 5 mins before my appointment and unlocked the door without so much as a hello or smile. As a matter of fact she looked pissed. So I lay down on the table and there is no hair wrap, no cleansing of the face, not even wiping it before she starts the lightest microderm ever (even though when I called to ask what the difference between a "medical" microderm and a regular microderm was, I was informed it was a deeper exfoliation) After the very short time spent with the wand she wiped my face with a cold, dirty smelling towel. 12 minutes... I have written to groupon and demanding a refund because there is no way I will be returning for my second appointment. Waste of money even if it was half off!
