Today is the 2nd time this week that this location has got my order incorrect. I order a venti iced chai with added chestnut praline & this is the only location that cannot get this order right. For the 2nd time I've gotten an iced chestnut praline latte, which I'm not a fan of at all. The workers here are very short & not very friendly, which I find very odd for a Starbucks considering I typically encounter super friendly workers elsewhere. This location is close to home, so it's convenient but at this point I don't mind going out of my way to Coffee Bean instead.
