Let me start by saying I'm actually a fan of Jack's. I had never been to this location before a couple months ago but I usually get good food and service at the other Jack's I have been to. My mother is in a rehab center near this Jack-in-the-Box so I have stopped in about six times in the last two months. Of the six recent visits, there was a problem on three of visits. Twice I ordered curly fries and received cold fries that had been sitting around. Once I ordered a sausage Breakfast Jack and they gave me a ham Breakfast Jack. If you're gonna charge $3.19 for a medium curly fries, they better be hot! The worst thing about this location is they always have a group of folks loitering in and around the store.
