Shoppers is my go to store for great deals... I have mixed feelings because i feel differently about the different services offered in the store..but it is getting 4 stars because of my usual activity which is buying my weekly needs because I do not have the time to go to a grocery store. Their deals are great especially ice cream!!!! And all the snacks I need for work.
As for the post office... I would give it 3 stars. The service is usually pretty slow and it just takes so long to go through all the paperwork if you have to send a package outside Canada but I guess that is more procedures....just time consuming.
The pharmacy..I give 1 star. When I changed my prescription from Vancouver, they were unwilling to help and refused to call the Vancouver pharmacy. Both places had their own policies but at the end of the day, I just needed my medicine in Toronto. When I arrived at the counter, the pharmacist saw me but completely ignored me and went on with his own ways for several minutes before even coming over. When I was completing my transaction she was already dealing with the next person behind me. I just found her very rude and not someone I can trust my mess with.
So there are ups and downs but come to shoppers knowing what you want and you will most likely leave with it, whether u get the service you deserve.
