The indoor arena was very big and had creative levels and layouts. The cleanliness was also good, but the actual laser tag vests and guns were grimy, but they provide hand sanitizer at the end. The boy, Billy, who does the pre-game briefing was very condescending and patronizing, even to parents and adults in the room. He also wasted a lot of time attempting to flirt. The other employees were helpful and polite though. 4 stars without Billy.
