The only bad thing I have to say is the front desk doesn't know how to greet people. Their customer service skills are bad. The property managers are good though, they reply back within the same day if you have questions or concerns. There's a grace period to pay your rent, which is really helpful. & If you have any maintenance request they handle them immediately. They work with you, it's not a bad management company.
