I've been eating here for 3 years and order only the same thing everytime. Spicy korean chicken bowl add vegetables(in which I pay extra for) and extra sauce on the side. For the most part it's cooked great for the prices they provide
But I always have to remind them of the extra sauce and after 3 years of going in there you'd think they'd pick up a regular and not to mention I eat here multiple times a week.
But everytime I order it's like the first horrible time that I did.
Today the food was terrible!! the rice is mushy I feel like I'm eating mashed potatoes the chicken is waaaaay too spicy and of course they forgot my extra sauce
When a regular has to say it's not worth It then think of another place to eat because Ross j's needs to step it up from now on if they want to keep my business.
