Had initial visit for my disabled daughter who lives in a group home in Surprise. I drove an hour to come over to take her to the appointment (we had waited two months for the appointment). When we went in we were told her dentist was not available and they had tried to contact us (neither I nor her group home had received a call and they had contact information for both) to reschedule the appointment. Then they proceeded to inform me that she would be self pay as they don't take her insurance. It would have been nice if they had let me know that two months ago so I could have gotten her scheduled somewhere else instead of causing a two month delay in treatment!! Their customer service really is very poor!!
