this company sucks worse than an electolux. I have to give them 1 star, but if I could, I'd give them negaative stars. 1. they bill with almost no time to pay before it is late. If you get a bill, I've had a couple of different times when the first bill from them is already late. 2. they collect a fee to bill. then, they add a "convenience fee" to pay them from your bank online. already a ripoff, but add another layer of ripoff. And, since they bill you with like 72 hours before they charge a late fee, you can't afford to mail them a check... 3. Now, it seems their billing site is hacked. Every browser/computer I use to access it blocks it with a phishing/scam warning. Just what you want when you are about to use financial information. I have called them a dozen times to find out how much my bill is, phone never answered messages never returned. 4. If you ever get someone on the phone, expect ignorance and rudeness. SO, I have a reccomendation: if your HOA wants to start billing water, buy meters yourself online, and pay a plumber to put them in. Then pay one resident to read them each quarter, and send out bills. Instead of adding $15 a month, plus ripoff charges to these slimebuckets.
