This was my first time at iQTAXX as I've always done my own taxes via Turbo Tax. I was apprehensive about going to a CPA and a new place, but this place and my tax preparer, Tim Swain, were OUTSTANDING!! From moment I arrived, they welcomed me and took me within minutes of my set appointment time, which I appreciated not having to wait. From the start, Tim was so personable, explained things I didn't understand and gave additional helpful advice instead of leaving me out of the process. Tim is SO KNOWLEDGEABLE and a PLEASURE to work with. I felt he really understood my tax situation and did his best to maximize my return. I will definitely be coming back for Tim to do my taxes next year! Thank you Tim and iQTAXX for making my 1st experience quick, painless and dare I say...enjoyable :)
