Dear Trader Joes- Please build another store (or two) already...your store is just as crowded as Costco is. Sometimes, I just want to run in for a quick item and you NEVER have enough registers open. I also like the way your one employee,"Laurie" appears to be angry and likes to argue with customers. She will also make sure you know that she has been with the company for 10 years & about how she thinks that FRESH & EASY sucks....Way to train your employees on service and professionalism! During check-out, be sure cashiers continue telling little kids to return the miniature shopping carts back to the front of the store, while parents are preoccupied paying for their purchase. Of course, you shouldn't bother asking another Hawaiian shirt clad employee to do it, they are too busy getting another bread cube sample in back. I guess you are too good now to remember to what service is about. I want to like you again, you used to be friendly. Oh well, you'll find me over at FRESH & EASY now.
