This place should not be in business!!! I would 100% NEVER recommend this company to anybody, not even my worst enemy. This place has horrible communication within their staff members on the floor; when I would call to ask about the status of my bridesmaids dresses, nobody would have the answers. My bridesmaids ordered their dresses in February and were told the dresses would take 4-5 months to come in. I received a call three weeks ago from Andrea stating our dresses were in and "were so beautiful". Please keep in mind they should have been here four months ago. I was so excited and called all my girls to let them know the good news. Little did I know, when my maid of honor came over after she picked up her dress she revealed it and all we could do was look at it. Neither of us said anything and just stared at it until I finally opened my mouth. I was expecting this beautiful dress and the dress she was holding up looked like something I would have made and I DONT SEW! The dress was NOTHING like the dress we chose in February. The dress was horrible and I hated it. I called Demetrios the following day to share my feelings and frustrations and when I spoke to one of the many employees who work there all she could do was agree with how horrible they turned out. Stephanie (manager) agreed to have their seamstress fix the dresses and stated," it will take two weeks". I was happy with what she was telling me so I agreed this would be acceptable. Here I am three weeks later and come to find out...the seamstress hasn't even touched the dresses. I also found out their seamstress takes all of her work home...so weird. I decided to no longer do business with Demetrios and am now left with the dresses "as-is". My next step is to find a seamstress who will fix their shitty job they did on my bridesmaids dresses. Moral of my story...Please don't waste your time with their BS.They give nothing but excuses to their customers and never come through on their promises. This company is not worth it!!!
