I'm shocked, nay, dismayed that Pedro's only has 2 stars on here. It's a solid 2.5 at least. The key to Pedro's is to go on Thursdays for the half priced margaritas... a pitcher for 9 bucks isn't too bad. The margaritas were surprisingly fuerte too, so even if their food isn't the best (I had the fajitas and they were ok, nothing great), no one is allowed to complain about a meal that involves a $9 pitcher of margaritas.
Furthermore, the queso lived up to my velveeta standards... sure you say you want the authentic stuff, but you know you're a little excited when they bring out the yellowey goodness.
