I am a beginner at yoga and found the classes to be: -fast paced with little instruction/guidance -very crowded -hot and uncomfortable All of which made for an unpleasant experience. I felt drained and was shaking before the end of class. I actually thought yoga was not for me after this experience, but tried again and found it to be quite enjoyable at another studio.
