The restaurant has a modern flair and is pretty neat inside. Different atmosphere than most Vietnamese restaurants. I LOVE Pho, so I ordered that during my visit. It was good. Broth was flavorful. However, I'm used to tripe and the meatballs being an option at every Vietnamese restaurant I have been to. Sadly, I did not see that option on the menu. Maybe I missed it, but I scanned that menu like a detective looking for clues and didn't see it. That aside, the owner is a whole different story. This woman was one of the FUNNIEST people I've ever met. If she set up a microphone in her restaurant and did stand up, I would be in the front row. She was very attentive and made sure we were happy. We will be back and maybe I'll stray from my usual to try other options on that menu. I do think people should go to at least have a conversation with the owner over their beautiful pomegranate and lemongrass water.
